We had the honor of welcoming the Australian Ambassador to North Macedonia, Mr. Peter Truswell, along with Mr. Stevan Vasic from the Policy Section – Economy/Trade, and Mr. Zoran Kostovski, the Australian Consul in North Macedonia. Our discussions focused on the latest developments in the energy sector in both countries and explored opportunities for future cooperation.

It was particularly insightful to learn that Australia is a on of the global leader in rooftop solar installations for both homes and businesses. We also exchanged views on current investment trends in utility-scale solar projects in North Macedonia, as well as the potential for combined renewable energy solutions in residential and commercial buildings.

We extended our invitation for the upcoming 5th Yearly Solar Conference at 23,24.09.2026 in Skopje and continue the dialogue for future opportunities.
