Macedonian Solar Association - Solar Macedonia, implements the project "Solar Energy Skills Boost" which is implemented by Consulting for Strategic Development within the project "Activity for Strengthening the Business Ecosystem" funded by USAID.
The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting energy crisis have had a significant impact on the solar industry, which led to a number of challenges that affected the quality of solar power plant installations. Because Solar Macedonia recognized that quality solar systems can significantly increase the work of companies, the main goal of this project is to introduce expertise and professionalism in the solar energy sector.
For that purpose, as part of the project, Solar Macedonia organizes the Annual Solar Conference which will be held on 14 December 2023 year. in the hotel "Alexandar Palace" - Skopje. The annual Solar Conference is a place where the most efficient solutions are shared, experiences, strategies and innovative trends. The conference will cover a series of topics that are relevant to the solar industry for the current period in the region, and they will be presented and discussed by top experts from this sector. Based on the attendance at the event of installation companies, producers, solar equipment dealers, representatives of the financial system, etc., mutual networking and increased cooperation between all stakeholders of the sector will be ensured.
