RSM's entrepreneurship support agency was established in order to support the development of SMEs following the guidelines given in the Government Program, but also others for the development of this sector. To fulfill his mission, APPRSM builds a sustainable all-round system to support SMEs according to their needs and at every stage of their development. An integral part of that system is the "Voucher System of Subsidized Counseling", which provides support to potential and existing enterprises, supports the provision of consulting services and the development of business activity in the form of vouchers. "Standardized mentoring services" are also part of this system and represent a free program to support SMEs through a standardized process of screening operations and determining the key segments where support is needed, translated into an action plan to overcome them.
