Rhedon Begolli is the Deputy Country Manager for North Macedonia and a Senior Energy Specialist at the World Bank. He oversees energy programs across the Western Balkans and has contributed to energy initiatives in the South Caucasus and Central Asia. His expertise spans energy efficiency, sustainable heating, energy market reform, renewable energy, public-private partnerships (PPPs) in power generation, and district heating. Before joining the World Bank, Rhedon worked in the lighting technology sector and on information and communication technology (ICT) projects. He holds an MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in Computer Science and Mass Communications from the American University in Bulgaria.
