According to the Action Program for Energy Efficiency 2017-2018 the EUREM MK Government, Strategy Paper 2019-2020 year of the European Institute for Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development, recommendations of the EU Directive on Energy Efficiency – Directive 2012/27 / EU http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=celex%3A32012L0027 for drafting the Law on Energy Efficiency of Macedonia EU national certified energy managers responsible for energy audit and establishing energy management system in facilities in operation of state institutions and administrative and industrial buildings to small and medium enterprises.

Certified energy managers are provided for participation of enterprises in projects with components of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources , and financed from EU funds.

Energy Managers conduct and supervision of legally defined national targets of energy saving and functionality of the energy management system with energy audit every 4 years and propose appropriate measures and sustained technical projects. Tergeti national energy efficiency related projects in the buildings of state institutions and administrative and industrial enterprises:

– Measuring power consumption, natural gas, heating / cooling systems for delivery of hot water

– Information system for energy consumption

– Energy efficiency projects for heating. cooling and air-conditioning of buildings

– Energy efficiency projects in transformation, transmission and distribution of energy including generation projects from renewable energy sources: small hydro, solar panels, cogeneration system, Geothermal heat pumps, pellets (production) etc..

Project financial line of Green Growth Fund assigned to Halk Bank Skopje
The Green for Growth Fund (POSSIBLY) has lent EUR 10 million to Halkbank Skopje to increase energy efficiency (OF) in Macedonia.The GGF was initiated as a public-private partnership in December 2009 by Germany’s KfW Development Bank and the European Investment Bank, with financial support from the European Commission, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Austrian development bank OeEB. http://www.halkbank.mk/news-ns_article-ggf-10-mln-eur-loan-boosts-halkba…

EUREM standardized European Energy Manager Training Program, consisting of courses, self-study and practical work, combined with access to the European network of alumni for continuous exchange of knowledge. EUREM Energy Manager concept is acclaimed for staff of companies with significant power consumption, As with energy consultants, enabling them to plan and implement economic and environmentally efficient energy solutions for businesses. In average, every Energy Manager develops measures savings 750 MWh / a for his company during the program. Around 80% of these measures are implemented throughout the program, the rest are implemented later. Most of the projects in the companies paid out within two to three years.

International Certificate for European Energy Manager of the participants from Macedonia issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Nuremberg – Germany, released in German for use in the Federal Republic of Germany and in English for international use.

TEACHING

COSTS AND FEES

Participants independently cover the cost of teaching, which will take place in Skopje (160 teaching time) totaling 66.500,00 MKD + 18% VAT and final testing 6.130,00 MKD + 18% VAT option of paying 10 monthly installments.
